Prices valid from 1st May 2006 and include full English breakfast and VAT

To make a reservation

Telephone reservations can be made between 9.00am and 9.00pm . Please have the following information ready: (Click here for contact details)

• Name and contact telephone number
• Start date and number of nights
• Type of room you require (standard or en-suite; single / double / twin / family; ground floor or other specific requirement)

To confirm the booking you will also need to:

Send us a deposit of £25 (cheques made payable to 'Ivy Dene'). We will expect to receive the cheque within 5 days, and your booking will be confirmed with you.

Payment

We accept payment in any of the following ways:

• Cash
• Cheque supported by a cheque guarantee card covering the full amount of the payment

Cancellation Conditions

If you cancel before 12 noon three days prior to the start of your booking there will be no charge, and any deposit will be refunded.

If a shorter notice period is given, we will try to re-let the room. Otherwise, we will keep any deposit.

If no notice period is given we reserve the right to charge 100% of the booking.
